At Oasis, we believe your focus belongs on the game, not on worrying about your data. Our privacy philosophy is simple: We collect as little as possible to make the game work.

1. What We Collect

• Gameplay Data: We track your progress (current level/milestone) and high scores. This is stored locally on your device or via your iCloud account so you don't lose your progress.
• Subscription Status: If you purchase the Premium version, we receive a confirmation from Apple or Google that you are a paid user. We do not see your credit card or billing details.
• Technical Logs: We may collect anonymous data about app crashes to help us fix bugs. This does not include any information that identifies you personally.

2. What We DO NOT Collect

• Personal Identity: We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
• Location: We do not track your GPS or physical location.
• Tracking: We do not use third-party trackers to follow you across other apps or websites. There are no "data brokers" involved here.

3. How We Use Data

We use the minimal data we collect strictly to:

• Save your "Milestones of Calm."
• Verify your $4.99/year subscription.
• Improve the "Flow Engine" logic so the game stays satisfying.

4. Third-Party Services

• App Store: They handle your payment and subscription. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for how they manage your billing info.
• iCloud/Cloud Save: If you enable cloud saves, your progress is synced through your own private cloud account. We never see that data.

5. Your Rights

Because we don't store your personal info on our own servers, "deleting" your data is as simple as deleting the app from your device. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your device's subscription settings.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how we handle data, we will update this page. But our "No-Friction, No-Tracking" core will remain the same.
