Set cloud landing standards with security guardrails baked in. IaC baselines, CSPM that actually closes drift, and architecture choices that don't trade delivery speed for shadow misconfig. Modernization meant fewer one-off builds and a posture teams could keep.
Enterprise Zero Trust & Identity Defense
Built Zero Trust around Microsoft Entra ID: phishing-resistant auth, conditional access tied to device posture, least privilege by default. Cut reliance on flat network trust; credential and session risk became the control plane.
Enterprise AI Security & Governance Framework
Stood up AI use rules before the tools spread: acceptable use, shadow-AI discovery, and controls that keep sensitive data out of prompts and plugins. Teams could adopt genAI without turning the company into an unlogged data leak.
SaaS Security Posture & HIPAA Compliance
Ran SSPM and access reviews as continuous work, not annual theater. Over-permissioned SaaS seats cut down, audit evidence automated, HIPAA-sensitive apps under least privilege. Posture stayed visible between assessments.
